Hello Alexei and Torre,
Please find below the final version of our mini-workshop announcement, in case you would like to forward it to members of your groups.
Best regards,
Markus.
Dear all,
The second EIC Echelon 0–1 Mini-Workshop will be held at Jefferson Lab on Wednesday, October 8, 2025. This workshop will bring together DAQ and computing experts engaged in the planning and development of the Echelon 0 and Echelon 1 sites for the ePIC experiment at the upcoming Electron-Ion Collider.
The meeting will focus on status and plans, with an emphasis on technical discussions of data transfer and latency, streaming orchestration, and resource estimates and requirements. These discussions will also be relevant to the Echelon 2 sites, which form an integral part of the computing infrastructure for ePIC.
The agenda is available at:
The workshop will be hybrid, with remote access provided via Zoom, and will be open to the NHEP community. Zoom connection details and further information are available on the Indico page:
