I categorize things into basically 3 classes of service:

1) "Free" web UI.  Same as you can access yourself but "approved for
use".

2) Paid web UI.

3) Paid API.

Here "paid" implies better models / longer usage and a charge back to a
BNL project/activity code.

None of these options include Gemini but some do include flagship OpenAI
and Anthropic models.

The only #3 option so far is via BNL's access to Microsoft Azure.
Lisa's tables still lists #3 as "TBD" but it does work and I use it
almost daily.  My write up on that is here:
