      Hi (mainly for Torre),
The discussion to arrive at a coherent proposal for EIC was postponed until next week, where the assumption is that we'll
have another meeting next Friday @ 10am EDT.  There is a hard cutoff at midday.  My view was that there are two proposals:

Chris: use fun4All as-is but make improvements that anyway make sense for sPhenix
Alexander: interface with Jana as he showed with EicRoot in ~10 days.

Therefore the question to focus on is what is the extra work required to bridge the difference.  Obviously it's good to
document for the workshop the work that Chris would see as being needed as it demonstrates willingness to collaborate and that
there is real work involved, but discussion between us probably needs to focus on quantification of the delta.

              Cheers

                      Paul

P.S.  Chris and Alexander can feel free to beat me up :)
