Good news, that Hong got approval from HR for Carlene to work from NM. Eventually an official revised policy will come out that will guide what happens. As Hong says

> A new policy for Flexible Work Arrange is in preparation, and may be approved by DOE in November or later. We will re-evaluate the situation after the new policy is out.
