Dear All,

Sorry for the late jump. I completely agree with what Chris wrote, especially about changes since M.Ernst left RACF.
I think PH Department shall let people to stay in the department if they are willing to do so. I am pretty sure that RACF people who work very closely with experiments may decide to do so

Oh, sorry, I was being obtuse.  "Depart" as in "just" leaving the
department, not as in leaving the lab.
