In the coffee this morning we discussed how to use this Friday (our first off-week non NPPS group meeting) and decided to broaden it beyond 'tracking particularly for sPHENIX' to 'sPHENIX needs and how NPPS can help'. Chris will open the meeting with some slides on sPHENIX needs, for discussion. Of course activities are already going on and we should hear about their status. Joe, can you summarize tracking status? Dmitri can you summarize what you're doing in both STAR data for TPC tracking testing and simu? Jason, you're in the wings as a future participant, do you want to say anything?
