Dear User Facility Directors,

 

Thank you for your engagement at yesterday’s meeting.  Per Barb’s presentation and our discussion, attached here is the draft charter and supporting documents for the SC Integrated Research Infrastructure Architecture Blueprint Activity.

 

Please send us your initial nominees for Design Group participants by COB, Tuesday, December 21

• We are seeking subject matter experts who are variously familiar with scientific needs, utilization of research infrastructure, extreme data, computation, and their integration.  
• Participants are not required to sign up for the entire activity but can engage where they have the most interest and passion!
• Please send names to Ben Brown, benjamin.brown AT science.doe.gov, and Bill Miller, bill.miller AT science.doe.gov.

 

We also welcome your thoughts on this Activity and the priority challenge science areas we should be sure to address.
