…the chat with Haiyan was good but not much to report from it. She asked my view of CSI and I gave her some comments. I brought up AI/ML, my points will be in the slides for this Friday’s mini-retreat.

I propose that we meet next Fri 28th, changing up the slot to hopefully get more attendance. (We don’t have an NPPS meeting this Friday so as not to conflict with the BNL Snowmass meeting.) That will put the meeting after the EIC software lessons learned meeting on the 26th which may give fodder for discussion. It’ll also come after this Friday’s “NP computing mini-retreat” for which Eric has circulated an agenda

The invite list to that is very short which is unfortunate if perhaps not unsurprising. I’ll circulate slides in advance for my part of the AI/ML talk.

 

The NPPS meeting on the 28th is an AI/ML joint meeting, hence it starts at 11am to accommodate Omega, so I propose we have our leadership team meeting at 10am Fri 28th.
