Hi all,
This is the telework tracking sheet I had in mind
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/16AZZBiKL1s6eGgH2KFiJPnD8-TjRsC0HYy4Qdmbr358/edit?usp=sharing
- Someone not teleworking can ignore it completely.
- Someone who always teleworks Mondays marks one X once and forgets about it.
- Someone who opportunistically teleworks a couple days a week updates the X in the morning on a telework day.
- It tracks 'this week' only.
- It expresses the "not less than a full day" teleworking granularity that I propose. Not that people can't work partial days, they just report that as we always have, it's a partial lab work day not a telework day.
Reported vacation overrules this sheet, ie you don't need to update the sheet for vacation periods.
For your comments. Carlene this should meet the requirement that we know where people are?
