Our LS4GAN postdoc, Dmitrii Torbunov, is considering to submit one.
Topic is still solidifying but something involving a mix of
representational learning, GAN and classification following some ideas
spun off from the LS4GAN LDRD work.  He doesn't have cost yet but some
fraction of his salary plus GPU time.  My personal wild guess is the ask
would be around or less than ~1/2 the max award.
