Alex asked whether the working groups would be standalone entities with their own meetings and Markus essentially said yes, and we will meet once a month for combined updates. Doesn't mean there won't be a convener/coordinator meeting in the time slot but for the time being I assume this slot will move to monthly soon (not next week, this I know).

The painful thing I have to do, with profuse apologies, is move the group meeting. It conflicts with ePIC collaboration and management meetings, I need to attend them, and I ain't gonna be able to get them to move.

Long ago we had Wed pencilled in as a backup day. In general on Wed, 9-11 would work for me for group meeting + leadership team. How about you?
