Cannot hire the STAR prod person because of visa issue for IT hire? Is HR screwing us as they are in other cases (forcing ‘Bachelor as highest degree is acceptable’ into the offer which then trips an Immigration rule that work visas can’t be issued for jobs requiring only a Bachelor degree?
