DOE NP rule-makers (ie budget limiters) will restrict NPPS attendance at this "collaboration" meeting to, at most, one person. Kolja will attend if we get a slot. Completely ridiculous. This has never happened for a US ATLAS meeting, I only recall it for CHEP.

Dear Collaborator,

We are happy to announce that registration for in-person attendance at the January 2024 ePIC Collaboration Meeting at Argonne National Laboratory is now open! 

The 4th semi-annual meeting of the ePIC Collaboration is scheduled for January 9th to 13th, 2024, at Argonne National Laboratory. The meeting will be primarily conducted in person. Zoom access will be available to all collaborators for remote attendance (no registration is needed for remote attendance).

Please remember that registration itself does not grant site access to Argonne National Laboratory, and you must follow the instructions at the end of the registration form to request site access and obtain a gate pass to enter Argonne. We encourage foreign nationals to complete their registration and site access requests early. The registration deadline is December 5th for Foreign Nationals and December 12th for US Citizens.

The registration fee for the meeting is $100 ($0 for students). All lunches are included in the registration, and there is an optional collaboration dinner on Thursday, January 11 ($50 regular, $25 student).

We recommend staying in the Argonne Guest House, which includes continental breakfast and is within walking distance of the meeting venue.
