Group Leaders and Group Administrators:

 

Effective immediately, only for virtual job interviews, guest registrations are no longer required.  HR is meeting with the support team members this week to review the new process and ensure all steps are followed. This has been approved with the condition that during the virtual interviews, only information available to the public or published to the scientific community will be shared with the candidates.

 

IMPORTANT:

• Candidates who are a citizen of a country of risk or one that holds dual citizenship with a country of risk; will need to still register in GIS and be approved prior to a virtual interview taking place.    
• Approved guest registrations are still required prior to all on-site interviews and job offers.
• Interviewers must be appropriately briefed on conducting job interviews
