Hi all,

I talked to Hong about the new directorate and Kerstin's departure, he also learned from the bulletin (!). He said NPPS is untouchable (I love the word), it stays in Physics. And he said SDCC will move into the new directorate. The plan is apparently that it has two divisions, one SDCC and one created from CSI. This means we have misrepresented to SDCC Director applicants what the job is, and we have no idea of what to tell them. Lots to sort out in coming weeks.
