It certainly is not missing. It is in there. It is the entirety of 2.1, 0.8 FTEs. What is not in there is EIC support for Kolja to come home to, while someone else goes on to populate that 0.8 FTE. (Discussing with Jamie now.)
Please do not misrepresent.

Hi Torre,
I hope it's not too late yet - simulation support for sPHENIX is completely missing.

Another version of the talk, should be close to final, numbers meet expectations. As Cedric has just commented to me, no news to anyone, NP should be paying for Ruslan's conditions DB contribution. I don't know whether this should be worked out quickly and reflected in these FTE materials.Torre

Making progress, info is now in for EIC and sPHENIX on the sheet, thank you Jamie and Chris. The attached slides are close to final except for the numbers, will update them once the sheet adds up right. We still have to make totals match expectations. My slides for the dry run today are attached and uploaded to the review site. They reflect complete information for NPPS and STAR (thank you Gene and Lijuan), all of which is in the spreadsheet. I did not get complete information for others.Torre

Jamie tells me that substantial narrative text on activities is needed. Obviously I cannot invent that for non-NPPS people. The example he gives is attached.I also need activities broken down into categories suggested by Jamie:Infrastructure and toolsLarge-scale Production FrameworksAlgorithms and calibrationsSimulations
For many it is clear to me of course, not for all. Finally, I need the job category breakdown...> Needs to add up to the 9 Prof, 8 RSThis is not info I have for non NPPS people.Torre

Hi Jamie,Here's my list of NP S&C activity based on the info I have (no info from sPHENIX, Chris says he hasn't forgotten; no info from EIC). I've included the EIC simu infrastructure LDRD, and the PD in the form of Maxim's work on the ePIC streaming workflows testbed. I haven't included Ejiro's temporary assignment to the testbed. I have included the Physics based AID2E funded activity (Amit Bashyal). I have not included the AID2E-adjacent effort funded by HEP-CCE (Wen Guan, Fang-Ying Tsai via Stony Brook).Happy to make adjustments and integrate more info.Torre
