My name is Debneil Saha Roy and my life number is R9449(username is droy). I am not being able to ssh to the institutional cluster for a couple of days. I normally use the following steps:

1) ssh droy AT ssh.bnl.gov

2) ssh -A ssh01.sdcc.bnl.gov

3) ssh icsubmit01

Right now after doing step 1), I am getting this error message "ssh: connect to host ssh.bnl.gov port 22: Connection timed out". 

Also if i directly do ssh droy AT ssh01.sdcc.bnl.gov, I am getting this error message "droy AT ssh01.sdcc.bnl.gov: Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic)."

I have already changed my password in the new IPA system and registered it on  https://migration.sdcc.bnl.gov/passwd.

Can you kindly help me out with this?
