      Dear Ron and All,
I have some questions and comments:
1) How often our Bulk_TG meetings will take place?
2) Is it possible to send by e-mail the main things that were discussed and what decisions have been made?
 So those people who missed the meeting can ask any questions by e-mail.
3) As for me then I do not understand quick and phone speaking. There are many such people. Such people need to read the text to understand.
4) There is always the possibility to express your thoughts by e-mail.
