Hi Ejiro and all,

I found this with a little searching around: https://www.aps.org/about/governance/policies-procedures/contributed-abstract-guidelines

It may be that for a contributed talk after the deadline, you just withdraw the abstract (i.e. no replacement), but I suggest to use the contact email they give on that webpage.

Dear bulk TG, cc Dennis and Marzia,

I am in the process of sending a message to the organizers to withdraw by APS DNP abstract :

This was submitted before we got approved for 2 additional weeks of p+p running, which pushes the Au+Au running by 2 weeks (not a bad thing).

However, this means that I will need to be away around the beginning of Au+Au running, which I don't want to be. Moreover, I have a shift scheduled.

Before I send an email to the organizers to withdraw, I wanted to inform the group and also see if someone else would like to give the talk-- I'm not really sure how this is handled in sPHENIX and for this conference.

Direction from the Bulk TG, Dennis and Marizia would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Ejiro
