so far we have not gotten a lot of feedback yet. 

I updated sa minimal set of introductory slides. Please have a look and 

let us know what should follow as a concrete status update of the 

individual project groups.

we just received a request to present the progress of the calibration effort
at the general meeting this Friday. Its a bit late to schedule a meeting to
get ourselves organized, so i assume we should coordinate this by email.
Could all of you send us a few lines or bullet points of the topics to present
and later prepare a few slides we can put together into a presentation. If you
would rather present yourself let us know as well.

The MDC2 preparation will also be discussed in the GM so we should try
to keep the slides on general calibration preparations and MDC2 related
work separate if possible.
