I would say (though the wording is just a suggestion)

 finalizing small number of improvements to the TPC geant model

 increased interaction between tracking and TPC calibrations as we work to implement the details of the multi-pass correction and tracking

 long standing padrow drift velocity bias now understood (this is Hugo's recent study)

 improved digitization model in progress, including baseline shift effects

I am probably overlooking other advances since the last time we updated.  It would probably be useful to show one of the recent workflow block diagrams -- probably one without all the intervening bubbles.  As before: the pieces all exist, we have a limited workforce, but are working to assemble these stand-alone pieces into the tracking/Fun4All framework.

at the general meeting this Friday. Its a bit late to schedule a meeting to
get ourselves organized, so i assume we should coordinate this by email.
Could all of you send us a few lines or bullet points of the topics to present
and later prepare a few slides we can put together into a presentation. If you
would rather present yourself let us know as well.

The MDC2 preparation will also be discussed in the GM so we should try
to keep the slides on general calibration preparations and MDC2 related
work separate if possible.
