sPHENIX cold QCD topical group

Dear sPHENIX cold QCD TG,

I've been asked to give a very brief presentation on "ePHENIX" at the
upcoming EICUG Detector Discussion Meeting, November 30 & December 1 at
Temple University in Philadelphia.  It would be very useful to discuss
how to approach this presentation. The agenda for the meeting is now

One thing I can see right from the start is that we should ask the
organizers to rename the presentation.  Some of you will recall we went
to lengths to refer to an EIC detector at IP8 in the very open terms –
the 2014 letter of intent on the archive is titled, "Concept for an
Electron Ion Collider (EIC) detector built around the BaBar solenoid".
I think that continued openness serves us well.

But changing the title is a pretty minor consideration.  There are many
other aspects of this presentation that would be good to discuss.
