Dear Vitalii,

Yes, we can certainly arrange for remote participation.  Note that the main 
idea of the workfest is to set aside time to develop and run code, make 
plots, write text, etc. with others immediately available for 
questions/consultation, so there will be relatively little group discussion.  
But indeed, working remotely with the group on code and text in real time is 
also possible.  In fact Nils and I logged many hours working independently in 
parallel on the forward instrumentation LOI last year with an open Skype 
connection, to be able to get an opinion or help from the other whenever we 
needed.
