Hi Matt,

Great to have you will represent sPHENIX at the Initial Stages conference.

Please circulate a draft of your poster to this list (the ColdQCD TG list) so that TG members can provide comments and the TG Conveners (Caroline and Ralf) can sign off. I will also try to take a look when you do so.

I would suggest that you circulate the poster early (at least a week in advance) so there is time for a review + for you to print the poster before you travel.

Dennis

Hi All,

Unfortunately, I was not able to make it to today's meeting. I had a conflicting meeting that I needed to attend.

An abstract was submitted to the Initial Stages conference for sPHENIX Cold-QCD program by the sPHENIX Speakers Bureau and I was asked by them if I could present it.
The abstract was accepted as a poster, so I will prepare a poster to present since I will be attending Initial Stages. I was wondering what the approval process is for sPHENIX and sPHENIX Cold-QCD? For example, in STAR this would need to be submitted to STAR Cold-QCD group to sign off on and then to STAR-talks for final approval.

I will try to prepare a rough draft/list of what I am thinking of highlighting in the poster during our next meeting (5/11) for comments, suggestions, etc..

Thanks,
Matt

Dear all,

as mentioned in the previous meeting, we will have the next cold QCD
working group meeting this Thursday at the usual time, 9am EDT / 15:00
CEST / 22:00 JST.

The agenda can be found at:

and currently we likely have an overview about the previous impact
studies by Caro.
If you also would like to present anything, please let the conveners
know, and we will put you on the agenda.
