Hi all,

I have revised the asymmetry plots with the comments that I have received, please see the attached figures. I also will withdraw any approval request of the hitmaps and remove them from the note (unless others object) as I don't believe they convey any new information beyond what is already contained in the asymmetries.

Thanks,
Devon

Hi Devon and all,

Please also use the sPHENIX style file for making your plots, which will help reduce plotsmanship type comments. You can find it here:

Hi Devon,

the plots look good but we will certainly still get comments when
releasing them. One question I have is why you chose to have the
absolute value on the raw asymmetry? Is there an ambiguity of the sign
of it? We know the neutron AN is negative in the forward region, so that
means a right-left asymmetry relative to the polarized beam direction.
If you prefer to leave that open for now, that is also ok, I just was
wondering.

Cheers,

Ralf
