Hello. I’d like to present the poster for upcoming RHIC/AGS meeting so want 
to share that the title in advance.

Title : Commissioning of the Local polarimetry at sPHNEIX.

I’d focus on commissioning of local polarimetry, please let me know if you 
have comments or any suggestions for title/
