I have put together a web page with most but not all of the information needed to get an FNAL ID and prepare for visiting FNAL.
You can find it here: https://www.phenix.bnl.gov/WWW/p/draft/mannel/WWW/testbeam/index.html
We are not having shift signups like PHENIX, but we are collecting a list of dates when people expect to be out at FNAL with actual daily schedules coordinated on site.
The first week or so is expected to be focused mainly on detector preparation with an emphasis on having people out there who are currently heavily involved in the assembly and testing of the detectors. The first few days of beam time will be focused on understanding the beam line operations and commissioning the detectors. The second half of the run will be focused on dedicated running under well defined conditions to get good data sets for analysis.
