sPHENIX discussion of electronics

As previously announced we will meet Wednesday, Feb 5, 2020, at 1330 
EST.  I know that that a number of people are going to be distracted by 
the sPHENIX EC meeting, but we will work around that. One of the things 
I was hoping to do after taking with John H is to have a preliminary 
production readiness review for the oHCal production electronics.  The 
current proposal is for no changes with respect to the preproduction 
electronics.  I have a short 2 slide presentation outlining what will be 
procured if approved.  I would encourage the HCal group to look over the 
2 slides and decide if we are ready to go forward with procurement of 
production electronics.  I will leave it up to upper management to 
decide if this is sufficient for a review or if we need yet another hour 
in a room agreeing that this is what we are buying.
