Dear Anne and all,

The Monday 4 pm ET doesn’t work for me during the semester, I’m afraid.  Perhaps we can try to find a new time for the biweekly meetings after Quark Matter?  Thursdays at 4:00 pm ET would generally work for me, for example.

In the meantime Vincent with my group has been working with Sean to build the most recent 1x2 module at BNL, and he’s also started work on simulations for the light guide.

As I stated at UIUC, I’d also be happy to serve as a reader for the EMCal section of the pCDR.

Hi,

We’ll meet again on Monday 9/14 at 4pm ET for the sPHENIX EMCal meeting.  The agenda (with bluejeans) is here:

I’ll be out of town.  I will try to call in, but Craig will run the meeting.  It would be good to discuss the prototypes and the pCDR.  Both the physics and detector overview sections of the pCDR have first drafts already.  It would be good to discuss progress on the remaining sections and readers for the sections with text.

Due to QM travel we will also meet on 9/21.

Best,

Anne
