Hi Anne,
Just to also chime in along with Martin, based on what I heard at the EMCAL meeting yesterday, I think 3 pm on Wednesday's would for everyone who was there. If that would work for you and Christine, I think that would be a good time.

Cheers,
Craig

Hello Anne,

the BNL contingent has a conflict on Thursdays with the BNL group meeting. We expressed a preference for Tuesday, where the alternating HCal meeting has already been moved (which is at 3). That time means that we could seamlessly transition from the simulations meeting before. I don't recall if we had a clear time preference, but 3pm would establish a consistent meeting slot every week.

Best, Martin

I would be open to moving the meetings.  Tuesday or Thursday at 4pm ET would be potential times on my side.  I would like to keep it in the afternoon. Could people send me their constraints (privately) and we can see if we can converge on a new time.

Best,
Anne

Dear Anne and all,

The Monday 4 pm ET doesn’t work for me during the semester, I’m afraid.  Perhaps we can try to find a new time for the biweekly meetings after Quark Matter?  Thursdays at 4:00 pm ET would generally work for me, for example.

In the meantime Vincent with my group has been working with Sean to build the most recent 1x2 module at BNL, and he’s also started work on simulations for the light guide.   As I stated at UIUC, I’d also be happy to serve as a reader for the EMCal section of the pCDR.   Christine   ----------------------------- Christine A. Hi,

We’ll meet again on Monday 9/14 at 4pm ET for the sPHENIX EMCal meeting.  The agenda (with bluejeans) is here:

https://indico.bnl.gov/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=1377

I’ll be out of town.  I will try to call in, but Craig will run the meeting.  It would be good to discuss the prototypes and the pCDR.  Both the physics and detector overview sections of the pCDR have first drafts already.  It would be good to discuss progress on the remaining sections and readers for the sections with text.

Due to QM travel we will also meet on 9/21.

Best,
Anne
