Hi EMCalers,
As promised, here are some slides showing the EMCal simulation divider material study after Jin's bug fix last week. The slides show that there appears to be a slight difference in the energy response between the various materials, but it doesn't appear to be large between SS310 and FR4. Take a look and let me know if you have comments, I am working on running some more simulation statistics to make sure that the quantitative difference can be stated with some reliability.
As a cross check, the very last slide shows the energy deposited in the material per event. You can scan across the various materials and notice that the energy deposited changes from material to material.
