Dear all,

Thanks to those that joined yesterdays meeting. Below is the list jobs and volunteers that I noted during the meeting. If other are interested in contributing please chime in and if anything is missing let me know. I will update the wiki so its format is like previous years and ask that everyone edit and update with info on a regular basis as the test beam progresses.

•Mostly the same as last year but minor changes are still needed: Will be done by Jin and Chris

–Jobs will be run by Jin

•Hcal calibration

–Dennis and Songkyo

•Hcal results (data & simulation)

–Murad and Xu

•EMCal calibrations

–Uniformity studies by Zhozhong

•EMCal Results (data & simulation)

–Yongsun and Anabel

•Tile Mapper studies

–Ron will take of this and finish the 2017 analysis

As I mentioned at last weeks HCal meeting, I want to make sure we are prepared for analyzing the test beam data that will be available very soon. Let's have a meeting this week to coordinate our efforts. If you are interested in helping with the test beam production and analysis activities, please fill in the doodle poll.
