Hi, Megan, here is the challenge for those interested in tile mapper and
outcome of the tile mapping this year. To be productive (and in particular to
easily map mapping data on actual sPHENIX calorimeters) we’ll need geometry
class able to transform mapper data (mapper and hodoscope locations in FTBF
coordinate system, hit position in hodoscope, tile Id, tile location on the
mapper, tile response) into first the single plane coordinates and then into
sPHENIX coordinate systems. I see no problems with writing it but It should
be and behave as a kind of standard sPHENIX tool what may not be the case if
I write it, without such tool the value of this data will be limited to
presentations only.

Hi Megan,

I uploaded the "how to access what at FNAL" document for those who want
access to the latest logbook entries, freshest raw data, etc. Each year,
I maintain a writeup with specific notes how to get access to various
things, and update it with the latest info. For 2018, this can only be
done next week, but I uploaded the 2017 version to the indico page and I
think it's useful to get started. (It is also in the 2017 portion of the
wiki but I think it's easier to find this way).

Best,
Martin
