EMCal Assembly Experts-

There is a rather long lead time to get the interior signal cables (silver flat cable) components procured and assembled. Is there any reason we should not go forward with the balance of the order for sectors 13-64? Technically we were suppose to wait for a design review after Sector 1 was complete, but with the current situation, that may no longer feasible. I do have a quote for the balance, and am ready to submit the requisition if we think the design is final.
