Let me boil down the discussion from this morning to a few findings and 
action items.

- CU should get 4 SiPM's with the latest version of the preamps and the 
SiPM holder when they are available from BNL.  [We didn't discuss this, 
but I think with the new preamps, you can in principle measure energies 
directly in pixels.]

- We will receive 10 (20?)  "reference" (un-patterned) large tiles (1 m) 
as soon as Uniplast receives glue and ships them back to us (June?--we 
should check delivery).

- 21 cm width is the largest tile that can be produced at Uniplast at 
this moment; wider tiles than that will be glued on the long edge with 
optical cement.

- Lead time for tile production for the prototype is estimated to be 3 
months.  We must order them in August to be ready for the prototype.

Please correct any errors of fact or understanding.
