Dear HCAL folks,

    Unfortunately we need to try to find a new time for the HCAL bi-weekly meeting, as the current time conflicts with my teaching schedule and we can't push the meeting back by any more than one hour due to the PHENIX PM meeting.

    I would like to avoid resorting to a Doodle poll as this often seems to make things worse. Instead let me throw out a concrete suggestion - let's just move the meeting from Monday to Tuesday. So the proposed new HCAL meeting time is:

*Alternate Tuesdays at 4PM BNL time*

    Please let me know if this absolutely will not work for people. If we go with this time, our next regularly scheduled weekly meeting will be *Tuesday, September 8th*.
