Dear John,
Can we even push the schedule a little bit earlier, say at 2pm BNL time? As
the graduate director, I am obligated to be present at our departmental
colloquia on every Tuesday between 3:30pm to 4:30pm. My regular teaching
schedule is between 11:50am to 2:30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. Thanks in
advance for considering my constraints.
Best,
Xiaochun

Hi John,
4:00 pm Tuesday won't work for me, or John Haggerty. We
typically have the PMG every other Tuesday at 4:30 and
needless to say we are expected to attend. Unfortunately
the meeting does not stay on a biweekly phase but skips
around from week to week depending on the availability
of David and Berndt. Is 3:00 pm on Tuesday's possible?
