Looks nice,just a couple of comments. 

First box, I would suggest rewriting the part on the WLS fiber along these line:
"A Wavelength Shifting optical fiber embedded in the scintillator tile is coupled to a silicon photomultiplier (SiPM)....  "
It is not really a cable, just a single fiber.

In a couple of boxes you mention "new" or "improvements" but there is no mention of why they are "new" or "improved" and what they are compared to.  I would drop those words and just say what you have.  On the SiPMs you might want to mention the model number and give a few more details about it (e.g. 15um^2 pixel size, 40K pixels, 25%PDE....).

Finally, I would add a small box that summarizes what conclusions one is suppose to come to from this poster.
