I just want to add my thanks to the hard work done by the technicians, engineers and scientist that have helped install the prototypes over the last few days. There has also been a lot of work done at a number of home institutions (UIUC, ISU, CU, GSU, BNL to name a few) to get the all the parts designed, evaluated, assembled, and/or tested that are required for the prototype detectors.

Of course none of this would have been as successful if it was not for the excellent guidance of our Lead Experimenter, John Haggerty. Thanks John!

Eric, for the T-1044 effort.

The EMCAL and HCAL prototypes are installed on the MTEST beamline,
thanks to Todd Nebel and his Fermilab crew, and the sizable sPHENIX
group assembled here--Carter Biggs, Frank Toldo, and Steve Boose, who
did much of the construction and assembly both here and at BNL, Eric
Mannel, the T-1044 spokesperson, Megan Connors, who oversaw the HCAL
prototype construction, Sean Stoll who oversaw the EMCAL construction,
and the whole group here today--Mickey Chiu, Edward Kistenev, Vera
Loggins, Martin Purcshke, Mike Skoby, and Craig Woody, as well as Bob
Azmoun and Tom Hemmick, here primarily for T-1037, which will share the
beam.

The detectors were assembled on the beamline today, we saw decent LED's
and leakage currents in the calorimeters, and we are well prepared for
the Operational Readiness Clearance (ORC) review tomorrow afternoon.
