Hello HCAL,

I put some documentation for HCAL prototype3 here:

and Edward, Frank, Sal, Steve, and I have assembled one "column" of the 
IHCAL.  Run 3026 at RCF has paddle-triggered cosmics from the weekend 
for those 4 towers (20 tiles).  There are some anomalies to investigate, 
but that will be easier when we have all the LED fibers connected.

Also, Edward received the large tiles today with much help from Mike 
Lenz, so we now have all the raw material for the next beam test.

Also, I moved the old testbeam.db to testbeam.db.run16 and corrected 
some errors in it, and we're now writing a new version of testbeam.db.
