Dear HCAL'ers:

We will have an HCAL meeting this week on Wednesday, August 22nd, at 2:30PM BNL time. The focus will be on developing an NSF MRI for the inner HCAL:

I've asked Eric Mannel to give us updated costs for the iHCAL electronics. I'd also like to flesh out a skeleton for how we might organize the MRI and the institutions involved.

With the new semester starting at ISU I have a hard limit at 1.5 hours for the HCAL meeting, which should be enough if we work efficiently. Fair warning, I'll be trying to keep things moving along...
