Hi John, Martin, Xiaochun:
OK - we'll look forward to a report on the test beam analysis
at the next HCAL meeting, and I'll follow up with people on the
tile tester readiness.
Regards,
John

Martin and
all,
I don't think we don't have a quorum for the HCAL meeting so
Stefan and I will post some slides but we won't have a physical
HCAL meeting this week.

John,
we are are just a few people... I was prepared to move to our
small room
for triggering. Let HCal keep 2-229.

I just noticed that the trigger meeting
is now coincident with the
HCAL meeting (see below)... rather than try and rearrange the
HCAL
meeting, I guess we should just divide up according to our
primary
loyalties and proceed with the scheduled HCAL meeting. At
BNL, I'll
try and reserve 1-224 directly below 2-219 for the HCAL
meeting, but
check your email before heading there.

If that's ok, let's go for 3 then... we can get the
important stuff from
the 2:30 HCal for half an hour and then switch over.
Denis, I'll see that I change your subscription email
address once I
figure out how. Your mail to the list was put on hold.
See/hear most of you tomorrow (Ed and Joe have last-minute
other
commitments).
Best,
Martin

Dear HCAL'ers:
Just a reminder of the upcoming HCAL meeting this
Wednesday.
This will be a "standard" HCAL meeting - it would be very
good to
hear updates on the status of the tile tester, which needs
to ship to
Uniplast soon so they will have time to set it up and get
experience
with it before Edward and I visit in October. Chris and
Stefan can
also give a summary of the recent oHCAL assembly review with
CAD.
I will be somewhere over the Pacific, so Megan and
John will run
the meeting. Additional topics are also welcome.

John

Dear HCAL'ers:
As we discussed in the HCAL meeting today, the
schedule for
upcoming HCAL meetings over the next two weeks will
deviate a bit
from planned due to travel schedules.
There will be NO HCAL meeting next week, Wednesday,
September
5th. Enjoy your Labor Day (week) holiday?
The next HCAL meeting will be Wednesday, Sept. 12th.
I will be
traveling back from Singapore so I will miss that meeting,
but John
H. and Megan will run the meeting. This meeting will be
one of our
"standard" HCAL-focused meetings. Ideally we should hear
an update
on the test beam analysis and the tile tester, which
should be very
close to shipping to Uniplast.
This leaves us with a gap with no iHCAL NSF
MRI-focused meeting
for some time. To catch up, I would propose that we have
another
HCAL meeting on Thursday, Sept. 13th, at 1PM BNL time. For
people
interested in the NSF MRI, please let me know if you have
a severe
conflict with this time.
