Dear HCAL'ers:

Just a reminder of the second part of our HCAL meetings this week - we will have a brief meeting today at 1PM BNL time to discuss where we are on the iHCAL MRI.  I just got off the plane so this meeting may be mostly discussion with the principals, but I can go over some budget developments and issues and it would be good to discuss with some of the principal institutions (GSU, Augustana, UNCG, etc.) about forming institutional budgets.

Dear HCAL'ers:

As we discussed in the HCAL meeting today, the schedule for upcoming HCAL meetings over the next two weeks will deviate a bit from planned due to travel schedules.

There will be NO HCAL meeting next week, Wednesday, September 5th.  Enjoy your Labor Day (week) holiday?

The next HCAL meeting will be Wednesday, Sept. 12th.  I will be traveling back from Singapore so I will miss that meeting, but John H. and Megan will run the meeting.  This meeting will be one of our "standard" HCAL-focused meetings. Ideally we should hear an update on the test beam analysis and the tile tester, which should be very close to shipping to Uniplast.

This leaves us with a gap with no iHCAL NSF MRI-focused meeting for some time. To catch up, I would propose that we have another HCAL meeting on Thursday, Sept. 13th, at 1PM BNL time. For people interested in the NSF MRI, please let me know if you have a severe conflict with this time.

Regards,
John Lajoie
