Dear HCAL'ers:

Since we didn't end up having an HCAL meeting last week, we'll go ahead and have one this week. We should discuss the development of the tile tester and schedule for shipment, the 2018 test beam analysis, and progress on setting up the HCAL factory. The indico page for the meeting is at:
