Dear All,

Now that more people have arrived to work in the HCal factory (Anthony and Milap, I think), it’s probably a good idea to briefly get together to discuss where we are and what needs to be done.  I scheduled a Bluejeans meeting for 3:00pm (EDT) (see coordinates below).

Discussion points:

- B25 status

- electronics status

- pallet delivery status

- tile sorting on shelves

- tile fitting tests

- tile damage tests

- tile DB
