Bluejeans:  Chris Pontieri, Edward Kistenev, John Lajoe, Justin Franz, Milap Patel, Thomas Gosart, Uttam Acharya, Stefan Bathe

- SiPMs:  

  - marked SiPMs to be delivered to assembly house end of the week/early next; not clear when we’ll have first SiPM boards back at BNL

  - Eric, Steve meeting with assembly house today; will report update after that meeting

- B25 tiles

  - need to be reproduced in correct design by Uniplast

  - hopefully will get them still in July

- fiber bundle schedule

  - first delivery in customs; should be at BNL in ~ one week

- tile fitting test

  - have new length screws to hold tiles now that will hopefully fit so test can be completed soon

  - no damage seen on tiles removed from sectors

- plans

  - continue shelving tiles delivered from GSU

  - pack up wrong B25 tiles to be sent back to Uniplast

  - depending on SiPM board delivery

    - re-sort SiPM boards by VOP

    - mount SiPM boards on board holder

    - mount board holders to tiles

  - familiarize with cosmics trigger to prepare for reconfiguration (see Edward)

  - re-exercise electronics with inner HCal prototype to prepare for LED test

  - set up db (spreadsheet) to keep track of which tiles go in which tower (expand GSU spreadsheet?)

  - assemble tower in lab to double check PR? (note:  reproducibility fo PR was recently confirmed by GSU (see recent HCal meeting)

Now that more people have arrived to work in the HCal factory (Anthony and Milap, I think), it’s probably a good idea to briefly get together to discuss where we are and what needs to be done.  I scheduled a Bluejeans meeting for 3:00pm (EDT) (see coordinates below).
