Dear All,

We have made significant progress with the calibration, and the Hcal factory
is ramping back up to full capacity for the iHCal assembly. So I propose to
switch to bi-weekly meetings.
At the same time, with the semester starting, the current time slot doesn’t
work anymore for some of us. So I created a doodle poll to find a new
meeting time:

https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://doodle.com/poll/62kpxutqva43rp2u?utm_source=poll&utm_medium=link__;!!P4SdNyxKAPE!TTunFpFXIktnI__gVNHriLv_JKCSv-eFUZtikBd-KdoOUFr_7Vm4JI14x-sqppWJOLehY07KCxo$

The first time slot, Tu, Sep 14, represents the option to meet at the end of
the regular bi-weekly Hcal meeting. This might be the easiest and naturally
shifts the meeting time to late than 11:00am Eastern.

The time slots on Tu, Sep 21, represent several options for the alternative:
to meet in the off-week (when there is no regular Hcal meeting).

Please fill out when you have time. Let’s try to converge by this Thursday.

I strongly encourage everyone to stay in touch with each other in between
meetings on the new Hcal Muon calibration MatterMost channel!
Please sign up and join the channel!

Regards,
Stefan
