Dear sPHENIX / New Collaboration Members,

Please find attached a preliminary agenda for the Collaboration Meeting 
that will be held at Rutgers on Dec. 10 - 12. Note that we intend to 
adjourn at 1 PM on Dec. 12 such that people should be able to catch 
flights or drive to return home that evening. Also please note that the 
Institutional Board (IB) Meeting on Thursday evening is an open meeting. 
I also wish to remind people to reserve hotel rooms. Please go to the

to register for the meeting and for hotel information. Those sites will 
be updated with the preliminary agenda soon.

Finally, I'd like to ask the proposed speakers to confirm their talks 
with me so that we can finalize the agenda. Sorry for not sending 
individual invitations at this time, as we have spoken to many of the 
speakers but wish to have confirmation for the final agenda.
