Dear Collaborators,

I wanted to remind everyone that in addition to nominations, I am also seeking lists of junior members who are part of sPhenix.  Thanks to people who have already sent me their lists, but I'm sure there are more juniors involved.  Also thanks to everyone who has sent nominations in, for those who are interested we will accept nominations until Friday midnight EST.

As written in our bylaws, we will need to elect 2 members to the Executive Council who qualify as juniors.  As a reminder, the bylaws define a junior as graduate student or a person who graduated less than 6 years ago.  Please send nominations for junior candidates (including self nominations!) to me, at rosijreed AT lehigh.edu.  Anyone can nominate a candidate, however, only juniors will be able to vote on these candidates. 

Additionally so we can start to compile a list of junior members of the new RHIC experiment, if people receiving this email can please send me a list of the juniors currently at your institution who are part of the experiment, that would be great.  (Any juniors who are receiving this email can also send me the information directly.  I'd rather have duplicate emails than miss an Institution.)

In order to form the EC in a timely manner, I ask that all nominations be sent to me by Friday February 19th, midnight EST.
