Dear all,

If you have already made a reservation at the Residence Inn please email me so you can count toward our block. If not, a direct link to reserve a room at the Residence Inn with the GSU rate of $132 for the sPHENIX Collaboration meeting is below. Note the deadline of 11/21. Again you can take Marta directly between the airport and hotel and we plan to conclude by mid-day Saturday 12/17. If you haven't registered for the meeting yet, PLEASE do so (https://indico.bnl.gov/confRegistrationFormDisplay.py?confId=2327) so we have an accurate head count.
